Rosacea / Couperose

rosacee

Rosacea / Couperose

These are two conditions that affect mainly facial skin. They usually appear around the age of 30-40 years.

Rosacea is characterized by small broken blood vessels that are visible on the nose, cheeks, chin and body. We recognize it by the appearance of tiny red dots, blotches, or other redness on the skin.

Couperose, in turn, usually occurs before rosacea and is characterized by redness on the face due to the expansion of small capillaries.

Who is this treatment for?

Those who have redness or enlarged blood vessels.

What methods do you apply to eliminate redness?

  • Pulsed light (IPL device).
  • Medical-Aesthetic serums.
  • Medical-Aesthetic facials at our clinic.

What is the difference between these three methods?

1- The IPL device eliminates targeted blood vessels by exposing them to intense light pulses. Exfoliation of damaged skin then occurs, stimulating the production of collagen on the skin surface.

2- Medical-aesthetic serums produce superior results, outperforming the majority of cosmetic products on the market. In just eight weeks, redness can easily be reduced by 50%. The serum is composed of a mixture of key ingredients including aldavine, capparenol and bisabolol. These ingredients help prevent skin microcirculation and suppress substances in the skin that can cause hyperpermeability of microcapillaries (small blood vessels).

3- A medical-aesthetic facial treatment in our clinic is designed to reduce redness. The treatment, administered by a medical technician, consists of enzyme masks, mild acids, thick serum masks, and soothing PH-balanced creams. It is also advisable to use the anti-redness serums at home following treatment.

What results can I expect?

Visible blood vessels, redness, blotches and rosacea will fade and gradually disappear. We may recommend the use of medical creams at home in order to optimize results.

What is the cost of the treatment?

The price varies according to your needs, depending on which professionnal treatments is necessary for your case. All treatments are supervised by clinical nurse and doctors.
